VisualFinderApp
Effective date: June 6, 2026
This policy explains how VisualFinderApp handles data when you use the iOS app.
The app's core feature, object detection (image analysis), runs entirely on your device. Camera frames and detection results are not sent to a server operated by us or to any third-party server.
The app uses the camera for real-time object detection. Camera frames are used only for analysis by an on-device machine learning model and are processed on the device.
The app saves detected images to your device's photo library only when you explicitly choose to save them. The app requests add-only (write) permission to the photo library and does not read your existing photos.
In-app settings such as language, detection parameters, and display options, along with session logs of detection statistics, are stored locally on your device. These do not contain information that identifies you, such as your name or contact details. Session logs can be shared or exported only through your own action.
The app uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases (ad removal, feature unlock, tips) and purchase restoration. Apple processes purchase-related data under Apple's privacy policy. The app reads verified purchase entitlements to unlock features.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. Google may collect or process identifiers (such as the IDFA), device information, ad interaction data, approximate location inferred from network data, diagnostics, and other data for ads, consent management, fraud prevention, analytics, or related purposes.
Where required, the app shows Google's consent or privacy options form. In accordance with iOS App Tracking Transparency, you can allow or deny tracking. If you purchase ad removal, no advertising-related communication takes place.
We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, health data, or captured camera frames through our own server. The app does not access location, microphone, contacts, calendar, health, or Bluetooth.
Settings and temporary data on the device remain until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. Images saved to the photo library can be removed from the Photos app. Advertising and purchase providers retain data according to their own policies.
The app is not directed to children. Do not use the app where collecting or processing advertising or purchase data would require parental consent that has not been obtained.
We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date shows the latest version date.
