TacetCam

This policy explains how the iOS app TacetCam handles data.
The app uses the camera to take photos and record videos. It uses the microphone when recording video with sound and may use device motion data for capture aids such as a level indicator. This information is processed on the device to provide app features.
Photos, videos, and other media you create are handled on your device. TacetCam does not automatically upload captured media to a server operated by us.
Photo library access is used to save photos and videos you capture. The app does not use photo library access for the purpose of browsing your existing photos or videos.
Information needed to use the app, such as capture settings, display preferences, and language settings, may be stored locally on your device. Captured media may also be kept on the device as needed to provide saving and sharing features.
You can share captured media outside the app using iOS sharing features. After you share data, its handling depends on the destination service or recipient.
The app uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases and purchase restoration. Apple processes purchase-related data under Apple's privacy policy. TacetCam may read verified purchase status and use it to determine conditions such as advertising availability.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. Google may collect or process device and app information, ad interaction data, approximate location inferred from network information, diagnostics, and other information for advertising, consent management, fraud prevention, analytics, and related purposes.
Where required, the app presents Google's consent form or privacy options. Advertising-related data is handled according to Google's policies and your applicable choices.
TacetCam does not require a separate account. We do not intentionally collect your name, contact information, precise location, health information, or captured photos and videos through a server operated by us.
Data stored by the app on your device may remain until you change or delete it or uninstall the app. Photos and videos saved to your photo library can be managed in the Photos app. Advertising and purchase providers retain data according to their own policies.
The app is not directed to children. Do not use the app where processing advertising or purchase data would require parental consent that has not been obtained.
We may update this policy when the app, services we use, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date shows the latest version date.
